Mixed-use buildings have to keep house, tenant, and retail power cleanly separated from the service on down; that decision gets made early, and it is expensive to unwind later. A full commercial and industrial electrical build for Adjmi, including switchgear, distribution, transformers, and branch feeders serving a large apparel and distribution facility. The kind of ground-up infrastructure work that has to be right the first time — properly sized, cleanly installed, and built to be serviced for decades.

Complete electrical for a ground-up, multi-story building — from service and distribution through rough-in, devices, lighting, and final trim. Coordinated with the general contractor and other trades to keep the electrical scope on schedule from the first shovel to the certificate of occupancy.

A ground-up development including the underground utility work — incoming primary and secondary conduit from the padmount transformer, duct bank, and site distribution. Underground and site electrical is a specialty most contractors avoid; it takes planning, utility coordination, and doing it right before the ground is closed up.

Standby power for a municipal firehouse — a Kohler generator with automatic transfer switch, installed so that critical emergency services stay operational when the grid does not. Public safety facilities are exactly where standby power matters most, and where our public works credentials apply.

A complete retail electrical fit-out for a national retailer on Route 10 West — power distribution, the full track and accent lighting package, illuminated storefront signage, and the fire alarm and data infrastructure behind it. A complete retail fit-out — lighting and track systems, fire alarm design and installation, submetering, and the full electrical package for a coffee shop build. Retail work runs on a tight schedule where every week before opening costs the operator, and we build around that.

Electrical and lighting fit-out for a cannabis dispensary in Hoboken — including the lighting design and installation that retail and regulated environments demand. Dispensary work brings its own requirements around security, power, and inspection, and we handled the electrical scope end to end.

Thirty-six Level 2 Tesla Wall Connectors for a residential high-rise, plus the full EV charging infrastructure behind them — feeders, gutters, and branch circuits fed from the building’s existing 4000A and 3000A house switchboards. The garage stayed open and occupied the whole time, so conduit was run overhead and the work staged bay by bay to keep residents parked. Landing that much new load on a service already carrying a full tower is where the planning goes; pulling the wire is the easy half. More on our Jersey City work →

A dual-port 180 kW DC fast charger for the dealership on Route 9, installed for VEHYA — the global EV infrastructure coordinator behind the site. The scope covered everything: a new 300A three-phase service, trenching and backfill, the underground run, all concrete work, setting the charger, then termination, testing, energizing, and commissioning. A 180 kW unit pulls better than 200 amps at 480 volts, so it needs a service of its own — the step most sites underestimate. More on our EV charging work →
